Canopy Tents Provide Protection For Outdoor Vendors
Canopy tents not only provide shelter for valuable merchandise but also allow customers to escape scorching heat and seasonal downpours. The polyester canopy cover is a lighter weight material and is commonly used on pop up or instant canopy frames. The pop up canopy is a suitable structure for short-term coverage. The easy, fold out design is beneficial for quick set up and removal but is not the best choice for the long-term coverage that may be needed for repeated events such as flea markets.
Freestanding canopy tent frames are made using galvanized steel conduit or fence tubing and are much more durable than a pop up canopy. Although the freestanding canopy frame is not as easy to set up, the strong and stable frame will hold up through harsh weather conditions and is more dependable than lighter weight structures. There are several different canopy shapes available including high peak, low peak and flat roof. Choosing the frame that is best for your application is dependant upon your location. Regions with snowfall and heavy rains are better suited with a high peak design where as areas with more moderate climates can use the low and flat roof design. The frame diameter of the canopy is not only determined by climate but is also determined by the size of the canopy structure. If you are in an area that is prone to severe weather then it is best to use larger diameter canopy tubing. In addition, as the canopy frame dimension increases, so must the diameter of the tubing.
